COURSE TUITION

The full registration fee will be charged to the REGISTRANT. This fee includes all necessary instructional materials and is paid prior to course completion.

HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS

NTSI provides direction on computer hardware and browser requirements for completing the course.  To take full advantage of the course features, computers should be equipped with a mouse, audio speakers, and video drivers. NTSI training programs require Microsoft Internet Explorer (MSIE) 4.0 or greater, Netscape version 6.0 or greater or another browser that provide equal or greater functionality. The browser must be equipped with Macromedia Flash Player 6.0 or greater. If the Flash player is not detected at the time the course is started, the plugin is made available free of charge.

COURSE AVAILABILITY

NTSI offers training to the STUDENT 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Course availability may be affected by circumstances such as, but not limited to: system, site or connectivity failure over which the NTSI has no control.

PROGRESS OF STUDY

NTSI’s courses are equipped with a progress meters indicating segments that are completed.  This bookmarking feature enables STUDENTS to terminate a study session and to return at a later date to resume where left off.

COMPLETION AND CERTIFICATION POLICY

NTSI recognizes that STUDENTS know how to drive but choose to drive unsafely.  Rather than testing knowledge of skills and traffic laws, our responsibility-based instruction involves students in the process of thinking about driving attitudes and behaviors and choosing a plan for improvement.  The course concludes when the STUDENT acknowledges responsibility for driving.  As such, all students completing the course have passed the evaluation and their involvement is captured in a plan of action for driving improvement.

To receive a certificate of completion, the STUDENT completes the course including the review, conclusion and evaluation. STUDENTS are asked to print the certificate of completion and wallet card at the end of the course. Certificates are valid for 2 years.

TERMINIATION AND REFUND POLICIES

Once course loginids and passwords are issued there are no refunds. Course loginid and passwords are valid for one month unless otherwise noted on your registration receipt. Any student who has not successfully completed the course within 1 month may be terminated without notice and will not be eligible for a refund.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

NTSI is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. NTSI collects demographics and information about driving attitudes and behaviors from STUDENTS throughout at several different points on the website. NTSI will not use nor sell this information to promote products or services unrelated to our training programs.

REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

REGISTRANT and STUDENT represent and warrant that the information provided is true and correct, and acknowledges that the truth and accuracy of such information is a material inducement to NTSI in permitting STUDENT to enroll in the course.  REGISTRANT and STUDENT further acknowledges and agrees that any willful or intentional misrepresentation by STUDENT regarding such user information or registration information constitutes a breach of this agreement and of the representations and warranties by STUDENT as provided in this agreement, and may subject student to liability for damages incurred by NTSI as a result thereof, including but not limited to general, consequential, and punitive damages.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

REGISTRANT acknowledges and agrees that the liability of SCHOOL NTSI and their agents and employees for any act, omission to act, or negligence on the part of NTSI and their agents and employees, is strictly limited to and shall not exceed the amount of the registration fee actually paid by REGISTRANT.
